1 sour dough baguette, thinly sliced
2 oz virgin olive oil
10 oz goat cheese
1 oz minced fresh rosemary
4 oz chopped walnuts
3 oz honey
Heat oven to 350. Brush oil onto one side of slices of bread and toast until they just start to turn golden brown.
Mix the rosemary into the goat cheese. Spread the goat cheese on the toasts. Sprinkle the walnuts generously on top of the cheese. Press the walnuts softly into the cheese so they won't fall off when picked up. Drizzle a small amount of honey on each piece of toast, being careful not to use so much that the honey will run off the sides of the toast pieces.
Makes perhaps 24 pieces.
