Please come along with us Labor
Day Weekend to go...
Camping in Yosemite Nat. Park
Friday, Sept. 4 - Monday,
Sept. 7
|
I have a group campsite
reserved that weekend between Yosemite Valley and Glacier Point.
We'll have an opportunity to visit both while we're there.
This area has good options both for hiking and a sunset dinner.

Labor Day in Yosemite is generally sunny.
At our camp, temperatures are likely to be in the 70s during the
day and in the high 40s at night. The valley will be a bit
warmer. The moon is full the night we arrive. Our campsite
has flush toilets and we'll be able to get hot showers in
Yosemite Valley.
|
The cost of the trip is $60
per person, including the campsite fee, our common supplies,
firewood and all of our wine and beer for the weekend.
If you can join us, please send your check to me to arrive no
later than Friday, August 28. I'll close sign-ups and do
the meal assignments then to leave enough time for people to
plan and shop for their meal. Unfortunately, the trip fee
will have to be non-refundable if you cancel.

|
Feel free to invite others
along! Kids are welcome, as is behaving like one.
(To avoid possible disturbances in camp, will you please make
alternative plans for any pets...thanks!)
|
As we've done in the past,
each person will be asked to help provide one meal for everyone,
and you can relax and be served by the group for the rest of the
meals on the trip, Friday dinner through Monday breakfast.
Happy to fill any meal requests that I can.
Please let me know if you have any questions about the weekend. |

Yosemite is always a treat,
as is
getting out into nature with friends.
I hope you can join us!
