Wines of Sonoma County

at the Riviera Wine Cellar in Redondo Beach

The Riviera Wine Cellar is a rather pleasant space for wine tasting.  We have the room booked for our private party that evening, and nicely, they provide Riedel wine glasses. 

We'll taste nine quite good wines, covering numerous varietals that grow well in Sonoma.  These will include a couple whites and several reds, all in the $20-30 price range.  These wines will be from various regions of Sonoma County, including Russian River, Dry Creek, Alexander Valley, Knight's Valley, Chalk Hill and Carneros. 

During the evening, we'll also enjoy a variety of warm and cool hors d'oeuvres, including:  

• Filo-Wrapped Figs with Pernod Mascarpone

• Dijon Pimiento Crab Cakes

• Spicy Salmon Duets

• Provence Ahi Tuna Toasts

• Cremini Mushrooms Stuffed with Serrano Ham

• Radicchio and Manchego Quesadillas

Feel free to invite friends along!  The cost of the evening, including wine, food, room and staffing will be $37, and I'll need to get your check to hold your spot.  To sign up, send your check to me.  Riviera Wine Cellar can only accommodate 35 people comfortably, so we'll limit the group to that size.
