pace from the typical California wines we enjoy, this evening we'll
sample wines from the rest of the winemaking world.
I'll provide a variety of hors d'oeuvres to
accompany these wines, including... |

topped with Canary Island red sauce
Olive pesto with figs and goat cheese
Gouda toasts with strawberry salsa
Assorted cheeses and sweets |

Shrimp in
horseradish creme fraiche with dill
Manchego cheese paired with quince
Whatever else I can dig out from the back
of the frig |
